Booking & Logistics Guidelines:

Fee Structure: Engagements operate on a flat contractual fee. Final proposals and contracts will be submitted once the scope and deliverables are finalized.

Upfront Expenses & Booking Policy: All travel and accommodation expenses are handled separately and must be covered upfront by the client. Please note that our team does not secure bookings or finalize travel arrangements until all associated expenses have been paid in full.

Accommodations: Requirements include business-class airfare, ground transportation, and four hotel rooms to accommodate Philistia and her three-person support team (assistant, intercessor, and worship leader).
